It's been a long time since I have blogged. But I realize that it is my best record of memories so I'm going to try to capture a few things that are going on right now. They won't be cute and clever for others. They will be things that I will enjoy...things that I will want to share with my kids.
It is a Saturday morning and I got Shaun up at 5:00. He needed to be at the school to catch the bus at 6:00. Today is their second show choir performance. They perform at 8:40 at Dalla Center Grimes. Then Shaun and Brian will hang out in Grimes until they announce the finalists. I'll grab Sydney and we will head to Ames for her first basketball game at 10:05.
That will be followed by a game at 12:15 and one at 4:35. If Norwalk doesn't make it into the finals for show choir, we will have a free night. If they do, we will head back to DCG for the finals.as much as I like the idea of a free night, I would prefer finals.
